	9.28.07 Uhh pretty much dude. Since the last update, onceamonth and i stepped to a little side project about a genetically engineered meat, called meat number 5. Between april and july we banged it out pretty much power style. Kyle hooked us up with some tasty art for it and blaow. Delicious, succulent meats for all, for all times. We got 1000 of those fuckers, $10 bones plus $2.50 for padded envelope and shipping. If you are reading this news page, you should delightfully purchase a copy at MEATNUMBER5.com . Also, we are now getting the post-cankle band going. We hooked up with a bass player, once we have a guitarist and a band name it's time to start terrorizing. And I threw a couple tracks up. PEACE

	1.12.06 New track "I like to write beats" on some silly nursery rhyme type shit uploaded, & couple other switcharounds. To clarify, at the beginning there, that is static mimicing me, not my actual voice. He did a pretty good job though. Good times.

	6.13.05 Haven't done much with ropesack.com in many moon besides upload animated gifs once in a while (ropesack.com/kengiffyjr.htm, ropesack.com/storm.htm) Pretty much most of my Tx5/Resh energy has gone towards finishing this Cankle release, it should be tangible in 3-4 weeks. I'm pretty excited to have it in hand and gettin it out to some people. We've been playing some good gigs this year, Abbey Pub last month, Morseland in March, Hothouse in January. Definitely more in the works too. We are playin the side stage at the taste of Randolph this week at 5PM on Friday at 841 W. Randolph. http://thecankles.com. has been live for a while. Totally
	1.16.05 No updates in a minute. Cankles is goin full speed ahead just in time for 2005. We played betty's blue star lounge on monday the 3rd, and are playin hot house next tuesday the 25th. Shits poppin. Check out myspace.com/thecankles for some live snippets from the betty's show, one of which has been added to the tracks page. Pretty much most the beats I been workin on are gonna be on the cankle full length release due in spring. We have about 8 tracks solid so far, including delirium tremens and bunny killer which are in the tracks section, but im keepin shit somewhat under wraps/not available online for the most part until we finish the album. Also, thecankles.com should launch sometime soon... stay tuned.
	10.26.04 Uploaded 3 new tracks, swapped some shit around, and even threw up a couple oldies too. We played a New Systems of Knowledge jam sesh gig at a party the other weekend in Pilsen, still lookin to get mo gigs lined up for the fall here. Also, a potential new project called The Cankles is currently forming with some different kids, but still just barely in it's infancy. We'l see how it pans out. peace.

	8.9.04 I was invited to play a blockparty this saturday and we are tentatively scheduled to go on at 7. It is in wicker park on Honore inbetween the park (wicker park ave.) and Milwaukee. Fully backed by some alderman and some heavyweight sounding city people, Honore will be shut down from 11 AM to 10 PM. 	6.1.04 Welcome to the new ropesack.com launch. Big ups to the kids at [ zerofactoy - chicago] for delivering this fine array of zeros and ones. The project I'm in New Systems of Knowledge (featuring Dierubix and Ricky Ropesack is playing a potentially pretty cool gig at Texas Ballroom in Chicago on the 12th, peep the front of the flyer .
